Turningpoint: Race to End Domestic Violence

SAVE THE DATE! Our in-person Turningpoint: Race to End Domestic Violence is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2023!

Turningpoint's 2023 Race to End Domestic Violence begins and ends at Forestville Vines’ expansive vineyard located W8101 690th Avenue in River Falls. Choose to participate in a timed 10-mile, 10k, 5k, or one-mile walk or run.  After the race, celebrate with a glass of wine, local brews, handcrafted pizza, or a decadent dessert at Forestville Vines’ quaint schoolhouse.
 

Event proceeds benefit Turningpoint for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence, a tax-exempt social impact organization that provides support and resources to achieve freedom from domestic violence and sexual assault. Turningpoint provides services to individuals and families from Pierce and St. Croix Counties and the surrounding areas.

  2. Can I walk the events?

    Yes, you can!

  3. Are men/boys allowed to run in this race?

    We welcome the participation of all gender identities.

  4. Can I run with my dog?

    We love pets, too. But unfortunately, for the safety of all participants, we cannot allow dogs on the course.

  5. Can I run with a stroller?

    For the safety of all participants, we ask that you please not run with a stroller.

  6. Are there medals?

    Yes! Every finisher is amazing! Every finisher will receive a finisher medal.

  7. What are the prizes for the top finishers?

    Turningpoint will awards for the top woman and man for each of the following age groups for the 10-mile, 10k, and 5k:

    Ages 15-19
    Ages 20-29
    Ages 30-39
    Ages 40-49
    Ages 50-59
    60+

    There will be no awards for the one-mile run/walk.
