Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WCADV)

WCADV's mission is to promote social change that transforms societal attitudes, practices and policies to prevent and eliminate domestic abuse.  They honor the wisdom and strength of domestic abuse survivors across the lifespan. Their mission is achievable through survivor-centered work that includes strategic partnerships and collaboration. As advocates for social justice, they embrace the voices of diverse communities. They will consider any non-violent strategy that is consistent with our mission to prevent and eliminate domestic abuse.

Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault (WCASA)

The Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault (WCASA) is a statewide organization created and incorporated in 1985 to support and complement the work of Wisconsin’s community-based sexual assault service provider programs and other organizations working to end sexual violence. WCASA works in collaboration with communities throughout the state to support existing services to victims/survivors of sexual violence, to plan for the development of new services, to create and support community prevention efforts, and to stimulate community ownership of the issue of sexual violence. WCASA is the state’s central clearinghouse on the issue of sexual violence and related topics. WCASA staff work statewide to address all facets of sexual violence, from public attitudes and awareness, to effective intervention, to public policy.

National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV)

NCADV was formally organized in January 1978 when over 100 battered womens advocates from all parts of the nation attended the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights hearing on battered women in Washington, DC, hoping to address common problems these programs usually faced in isolation. NCADV, having celebrated 20 years in 1998, remains the only national organization of grassroots shelter and service programs for battered women.

National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV)

The National Network to End Domestic Violence is a membership and advocacy organization of state domestic violence coalitions. Today, the NNEDV is a leading voice among domestic violence advocates in public policy. More recently, the NNEDV has spearheaded efforts through its sister organization, the National Network to End Domestic Violence Fund to provide more direct support to local programs and coalitions through information, research, funding and training.

Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect

Prevent Child Abuse Wisconsin is a program of Children's Service Society of Wisconsin.  Children's Service Society of Wisconsin is the state's largest private, not-for-profit provider of child welfare services.  The mission of Children's Service Society is to build, sustain and enhance a nurturing environment for Wisconsin Children.

National Child Abuse and Neglect

Founded in 1959 by Sara O’Meara and Yvonne Fedderson, Childhelp® is a leading national non-profit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect.  Childhelp’s approach focuses on prevention, intervention and treatment.  Childhelp® exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children. We focus our efforts on advocacy, prevention, treatment, and community outreach.

This website provides all the standard, statewide forms required by all Wisconsin circuit courts for civil, criminal, family, guardianship, juvenile, mental commitment, probate and small claims cases.

Office for Victims of Crime

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) was established by the 1984 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) to oversee diverse programs that benefit victims of crime. OVC provides substantial funding to state victim assistance and compensation programs-the lifeline services that help victims to heal. The agency supports trainings designed to educate criminal justice and allied professionals regarding the rights and needs of crime victims.  This website offers numerous links to information resources that may be of interest to victims of crime.

St. Croix Valley Alliance Against Family Violence 

The mission of the SCVAAFV is to coordinate a unified response to domestic violence in our community through prevention, intervention and treatment while assuring the safety of all victims and holding all offenders accountable for their behavior.  The SCVAAFV serves both Pierce and St. Croix Counties, Wisconsin.
